ICE HSI Shuts Down Arizona Smuggling Tunnel

NOGALES, Ariz. – An active drug smuggling tunnel was shut down in Nogales, Ariz., Tuesday following an investigation led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Agents identified the tunnel after seizing more than 2,600 pounds of marijuana from three suspected drug smugglers.

Cyber Crimes Center Takes Down Online Criminals

Members of an online network called Dreamboard allegedly traded graphic images and videos of adults molesting children 12 years old and younger. The members created a massive private library of child sexual abuse. Members also praised and encouraged each other to create new images and videos of children being sexually abused.

ATM Connected Robberies

Police can Track ATM Withdrawals but…

Back in 1989 and again in 1999, there were official studies done by the Chicago Police Department and the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate recommending that ALL forced ATM withdrawals be tracked by the police.  The reason for tracking the problem is simple.  It allows the detective to connect Crime A to Crime B before Crime C occurs.
